Montevideo November 24th – 1st December 2012

Dear Sirs and friends;

With email dated April 10th the President of the Federación Uruguaya de

Patín y Hockey, Mr. Ernesto Cajaravilla, confirmed the new dates of the

“B” World Championship 2012. This World Championship will be held from

November 24th till December 1st 2012, at the “Gimnasio Municipal – SERGIO MATTO” in Canelones. CIRH will

provide the participants more information very soon. CIRH will accept inscriptions of the non qualified federations

to the “A” Group till April 30th 2012.

Today I received from Brazil the information that they must change the venue of the Ladies World Championship from Sertáozinho to Recife regarding financial problems.

We are unlucky with this situation but the important point is that the Federation can organize the 11th Ladies World Championship on the announced dates. I know for some federations the change of venue can be a problem in the case they booked the flights to Riberáo Preto. So, please try to get an agreement with your travel agencies and in the case you have any kind of problem please contact CIRH and the Organizer to try to find a solution.

Regarding the conflict with the change of the dates (see letter of Macau and England) of the “B” World Championship that will be held in Montevideo CIRH can’t accept this change and has to search for other alternatives. The reason of the change was the information received about reparations that have to be done to the Stadium in Montevideo.

Till today CIRH received only few answers to Circular CIRH 28/2011 (pre inscription “B” World Championship 2012) sent on 26th December 2011. We call urgently and again all CIRH federations not qualified to the “A” Group to send CIRH immediately your comments with the intention to participate or not on the “B” World Championship 2012.
